  •  We deliver Nationwide (Buyers are connected to immediate available seller in their location).
  •  Same‑day delivery applies to orders placed before 11:00 AM; otherwise, next‑day delivery applies.
  •  Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Damaged or missing products.

  • Duplicate payments. Refunds are processed within 5‑7 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Next‑day delivery: For orders placed after 11:00 AM.

  • Upcountry delivery: 2–3 business days (for selected locations).

3. Delivery Fees

  • Lagos Mainland: ₦2,000

  • Lagos Island: ₦2,000

  • Others: Dynamic pricing based on location.

4. Delivery Partners We work with trusted dispatch riders and logistics companies including:

  • GIG Logistics

  • Kwik Delivery

  • Local Dispatch Riders

  • Bicycle Dispatch Riders

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect addresses or unavailability: We will contact you to reschedule.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply.

6. Quality Assurance We ensure all products are fresh and properly packed before dispatch. Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours. Deliveries with transparent crates attract additional costs as opposed to open crates.
